Curriculum and Instruction
Working to prepare every graduate for citizenship and life...

Curriculum and Instruction at Monroe County Board of Education has the heart of teaching and learning at its core. Our goal is to build a system of learning that is efficient and effective. Consequently, no teacher or child in our school district will be left behind. With so many challenges ahead of us, our ultimate goal is to ensure that our students graduate college and career -ready.

We are working diligently to ensure that our professionals and support staff are prepared to carry out the visions of both the state and local superintendents in an effort to produce college and career-ready students. Therefore, we are urging our faculty and staff to rise to meet the challenges facing us, as we make the necessary transition required to effectively educate all children in the Monroe County School District.
